The German lux car creators have partnered with Chinese podcasting platform Xiaoyuzhou (\u5c0f\u5b87\u5b99) to launch &#8216;<em>On the Road Together, Insight into the World<\/em>&#8216;, a new content series recorded in an unlikely environment: the back of a moving car.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concept is simple: instead of a conventional studio, a Mercedes-Benz V-Class serves as the location for deep-dive conversations between hosts and guests, who reflect on business, life and inspiration.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"[BraveDown.Com] [\u5c0f\u5b87\u5b99\u64ad\u5ba2App\u7684\u5fae\u535a\u89c6\u9891] [1761192955]\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/1129751156?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"520\" height=\"293\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From Mercedes-Benz\u2019s perspective, it\u2019s a chance to sell the image of their cars as the height of luxury<\/strong>. What kind of car is so quiet and comfortable you could turn it into a recording studio?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Xiaoyuzhou, the project explores how podcasting can move out of headphones and into physical, mobile spaces and ties into a theme they\u2019re very in to, listening on the go. It also plays into another theme for them, which is collaboration with notable luxury brands. Louis Vuitton put their name to a podcast about two years ago, and more recently both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xiaoyuzhoufm.com\/podcast\/67624d0c7d8426f6920054fe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prada<\/a> and Tiffany &amp; Co. have also taken to Xiaoyuzhou\u2019s airwaves. Xiaoyuzhou, launched in 2020, has carved out that niche by curating long-form, reflective conversations \u2013 a sort of antidote to doom-scrolling.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The key to a good collaboration is that both brands align. That\u2019s very much the case here.<\/strong> With its track record of luxury collaborations, Xiaoyuzhou is hitting the right notes with its user-base of young professionals. Mercedes-Benz aids this ambition neatly by being both aspirational and a place where this userbase is likely to listen to a podcast.
